Refund Policy

Ticket changes and refunds

Bristlecone Center is a sample arts center site built on Everlage. The center, its halls, orchestra and performances are fictional.

The following is the fictional organizer policy illustrated by this demo. A sandbox purchase does not charge real money or create a real admission entitlement.

Subscribers exchange for free up to 48 hours before the performance. Single tickets can move to another performance of the same production for $10 per ticket, up to 48 hours before. Otherwise all sales are final. If we cancel a performance, our box office will contact you to exchange your tickets or refund them in full.
